Description

This is a photo of the only bottle of bourbon that I have bought in the last eight or so years – to my knowledge it is also the only one I have ever bought and not drunk even a drop of.  Whilst most of the artworks in this gallery are painted on reclaimed floorboards or recycled steel drums I will also be offering prints which are set in discarded and re-used frames.

The completely battered frame has been hammered, chopped with a cleaver and beaten with a chainsaw blade – it represents the smashed up world of active alcoholism surrounding a pristine bottle of poison.
