Painted on a panel cut from a recycled 200 litre steel drum once used for transporting vegetables. This is my first draught sketch artwork of ‘Super’ Chilled and it is mounted on a panel of reclaimed floorboards. The can has been carefully embellished with condensation, drip by drip.
When I was really short of cash, mid-teens and on my way to a gig in Hammersmith, someone suggested that I could get drunk on one or two cans of this if I ‘shotgunned’ it. They then proceeded to show me how – two cans later I had to agree. Don’t try this at home, actually don’t try it anywhere…
