A numbered edition of twenty five original paintings and a few artist proofs. Mostly painted on reclaimed floorboards, but there may be the occasional salvaged table top or door. The example shown here is my first draught painting of Nightrain on floorboards.
Like Thunderbird a fortified creation which drew me in because of its strength. It had that effect on other people too and the track Nightrain by Guns N Roses is a tribute to the concoction. When I discovered this heady mix I was in my teens – it was the first and indeed the last time that I ever bought a case of “wine”.
